All clients are required to wear grip socks for all classes.
For your safety and to limit class disruption, clients who are late to class need to be prepared to do a warm up as instructed by the teacher.
After 10 minutes classes will be closed and no admittance will be allowed.
If there are three or fewer people in class, the instructor may choose to teach a (45 minute) ‘Express’ class. Clients can expect the same workout in less time.
Classes with fewer than two enrollments are subject to cancellation.
Reservations are recommended for all classes, required for Reformer classes.
Should the studio/instructor need to contact clients in regards to cancellations or other changes, they will do so first by email and, only if necessary, follow with a phone call/text.
Instructor changes may occur without notice.
All classes are subject to cancellation without notice. Please see the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule. If you are enrolled in a class, you will be contacted by phone or email about the cancellation.
New client specials are available to first time clients only and may only be purchased once.
Community classes will not be included on the regular schedule. They will be scheduled on an as-needed basis. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date class schedule.
All class cards have an expiration date – 10 and 20 class cards expire in nine months, 5 class cards expire in 30 days (all from date of purchase).
For monthly memberships with a contract, the fee will be deducted from your credit/debit card on file on the same date of the month for the duration of your membership. We require 30 days notice to cancel a contract, fees apply - please see the details of your contract.

A cancellation fee of $10 will be charged to those monthly members who reserved a spot and are not present for class if notice is not given within three hours of class start. Those who purchase single classes or class cards, and do not notify of cancellation three hours prior to class start, will forfeit a class.
In order to ‘upgrade’ to a Reformer class (with a monthly membership) clients must call or email the studio the day of the class (not before) to make your reservation. Clients will be charged the $10 ‘upgrade’ fee based on the reservation (regardless of your class attendance). You must receive confirmation from a staff member in order to attend the class.
Clients may receive a 5% discount for every new client they refer to BarSculpt. Discounts may be redeemed up to 20% on a single transaction.
