Barre Levels

Welcome to Barsculpt Barre

So glad you've decided to join Barsculpt Barre with Leslie Guerin Canto. Here you can select the appropriate level for your workout session. Choose the level and get started! BarSculpt barre classes bring together the intensity of a dance/cardio class, the attention to anatomical detail as with a Pilates session and the full body attention that balances you as a stretch class. Be prepared to build a strong core, improve your posture and focus your mind.

These classes require the use of a fixed ballet barre, small hand weights and a canvas strap.

Level I

Level I

Are you new to fitness or to barre classes? If yes to either  start here with these classes. They that are great for any fitness level, age or experience and will still leave you feeling energized and fully worked out!

Level II

Level II

Are you ready to take barre up a notch? This is the next step to adding stamina and coordination. These classes are recommend for clients who have taken about ten Level I classes. We do not recommend for clients experiencing any physical setbacks. Watching the workout first is the best way to eliminate any surprises. When in doubt take breaks!

Level III

Level III

This is where challenge is added to almost every aspect of class. The basics and format should be well established in your routine before you start a Level III workout.
