Our studio is now virtual

It is hard to say when the brick and mortar studio classes will be able to be held again, but i do know we all need to move!

I have moved the studio to a virtual platform, I will teach from my home straight to yours. Both Privates and classes are available.

All sessions available through Zoom and are now being schedule on our Mindbody site, link below! Once you are signed up I will send you a zoom link via email. Please register, as always, in advance (at least one hour please) because if I’m in session with other clients I will not be able to get you the link.

Virtual Pilates Mat and Virtual BarSculpt Classes start Monday.

The sign up is the same, if you have a class card you are all set! All classes are set for $15!

All classes do require use of the internet on a camera device such as a Computer, smartphone, tablet or laptop.

Set up a zoom account - computer (app is zoom cloud meetings)

Visit zoom.us and select Sign Up. it’s FREE!!

~Enter your information in the necessary fields.

~You will receive an email to activate your account. Select Activate Account on the email and create your password!

For the barre classes it would be awesome if everyone had a barre, but obviously you probably do not, and that’s why you come to the studio! No worries!! I’ll be teaching BarreLess options but the use of a sturdy piece of furniture, such as a high back chair would be awesome.
