14 Jun Demystify the Online Barre Training
About this program:
The program is designed to share my barre class and experience teaching it to clients.
The program is broken down into training blocks in coordination with the 6 sections of my barre class.
The information should take you, approximately, 13 weeks to complete if you do one hour per day (or 7 hours per week). If you would prefer to combine these hours into one long stream of information, that is your prerogative. Your learning style is uniquely your own - I just want you to be your best.
At the end of each section you will have to complete a quiz in order to continue on to the next section. Again, it is personal how long it actually takes you to get to this point. However, in order to obtain the material for the next section, you must achieve a perfect score on each quiz. You may review the content and retake the quizzes as many times as it takes to pass. Some of the quizzes will require you to make a short video of yourself teaching or performing a specific exercise or section of class that you then send (via email) to me. If you foresee this being a problem please notify me, as soon as possible, so that we may come up with a solution. If you find you are struggling with any specific section, let me know! The goal is for you to succeed. If you need more individual attention, it can be arranged - through email, phone, or video chat.
You will find all of the information needed to learn my barre class when you sign up for our online, instructor-exclusive subscription service, The League. Please click here for more information regarding signing up for this service.
Once you are logged in to The League we can begin.
Step one of your teacher training is participating in the BarSculpt Level I class.
We recommend, as always, that you watch the video first and then participate physically. Access to a proper barre, mat, small hand weights, and a 10 ft yoga band are imperative to your success in this training.
