I'm a little unclear as to how this works. I thought it was an in studio training but read that online is also an option? I'm also wondering about the cost of the training. Can you give me the details? For level 1 and 2?

Understandable why you are confused.
I do both. In studio trainings AND online.
The online option is really great if you cannot commit to an all day (or two all day) trainings and want to work at your own pace. It is also a great option if you are completely new to barre classes and want to delve in deep!
The cost of online $100 upfront. You then join “the League” it’s our online portal with all the information for you to get started. The first 30 days are free and it is $20 per month after that. You will need to be a member of the league for the duration of the training, you could choose to cancel that subscription after you have completed the training, doing so just cancels your ability to use the BarSculpt trademarked name and logo (Keep in mind you HAVE to finish the level 1 and level 2 courses BEFORE you can use the logos in the first place). Once you have completed the first block (they all end with a quiz) the fee of $100 is required to acquire the information for the next block. All together there are 7 blocks. This training incorporates all the information for Level 1 and Level 2. The only fees are $100 per block ($700) and the league membership. All manuals or other materials are on the league and digitally available to you 24/7.
The live training option still uses the league and we give you the 30 days free as we really want you to be using it BEFORE the training so you can be as familiar as possible with the information.
Level 1 and Level 2 are broken into different days and for an avid barre goer or someone who already teaches fitness taking them together or two days in a row would be fine. If however you are new to teaching or have never taken a barre class, spreading the trainings out would be best. One course is $375, if you take them together the full price is $700.
I recently moved my studio (still in Portland Maine) so I haven’t set dates for this summer. I’m working on August ones but if you are interested in July please let me know as long as I have one person committed to dates I’m confident that others will also be able to make those times work.
