14 Nov Personal Training at BarSculpt Studio
Our entire studio is very Pilates-based, it may be appropriate to describe it as a type of 'functional training' (but let us be clear, it is not physical therapy) as the goal, for the most part, is in the movements that we use and helping clients to connect to those movements. Whether it is Pilates, BarSculpt, Yoga, or basic strength training, the goal is to move the body in a balanced and mind-connected way. While we can help with weight loss and other fitness related goals, the training always begins by training the client in movement (based on their needs) and then progressing to more advanced exercises (and goals). Because, through our training, we have such a vast knowledge of anatomy and movement, we are really able to work with a majority of clients to achieve a huge variety of goals in a way that can be sustained over one's lifetime because it is so focused on the body's optimal functioning.
We would love to hear if this description leaves anything out?
