I couldn't be more pleased to receive this note from my client. T.R. Started coming to the studio at the beginning of June this year. She had a year old baby boy and was still dealing with Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation), a sore wrist and shoulder. A balanced mixture of BarSculpt and Pilates Apparatus exercises have continued to progress T.R. and I am absolutely pleased that she is enjoying the process. Healing is not always fast, and it sometimes takes steps backwards before moving forward. Dedication is hard to maintain, but it is paying off.
