25 Sep Starting with a personal training session may be just the thing you need to face your fear of a group class.
Do you feel slightly intimidated by the thought of stepping into a yoga, barre or reformer class because of not knowing what to expect? Has your doctor or physical therapist recommended either of these fitness types to you and you are not quite sure which style would be right for you? Or do you already practice and feel like you need a tune up? Then a private session is the perfect thing for YOU!
A private session can help a newcomer to feel more confident and relaxed when it’s time to step into the group class setting. If you are recovering from an injury or illness, you can learn how to adapt and modify your yoga, pilates or barre practice rather than cutting back or stopping due to injury or set backs due to illness.
If a one on one session isn’t your thing, then consider having a session with another person, a friend or family member. Sometimes a group of friends can plan a group class as a bonding experience or an alternative to a night out on the town!
A private session may be the very thing you need to take the next step into the classroom and into a whole new relationship to your health and well being.
