02 Sep Our Throwback Thursday Blog. It’s ALL about Lacey :)
In light of our upcoming 9th Birthday celebration today I'd like to celebrate Lacey! Lacey started at Pure Movement Portland as a client 7 years ago. About a year into being a client (forgive me Lacey my time line may be off) she was planning on changing her job and casually mentioned that she would be soon looking for a new one. Lacey being a dream to have in class, she listens to cues, takes direction without ego, always super friendly and clearly excited to be taking care of herself.. seemed perfect to me so I immediately asked her to consider working for us (Myself and Luca)! She started as a receptionist/jack of all trades for Pure Movement. She ALSO accepted two other jobs in different fields! Even before the decision was made that Luca was going to sell me the business (a little over 4 years ago) I had already talked Lacey into teaching and she was in training. Fast forward to the present day where Lacey is full time at BarSculpt and studio would not run smoothly without her. Not to mention that if I had to guess I would place big money on the bet that Lacey has taken more BarSculpt classes than any other person EVER! She is a fierce teacher who's beautiful heart fills each class, regardless if she is taking or teaching! Over the years she of course has become not only a friend but one of my favorite people! BarSculpt in it's current state would not be possible without Lacey! I am beyond thankful that I get to work with her each day!
