I am totally married to my fitness. I dated a lot of fitness routines while I was a dancer. As much as I love how aerobics classes tried to mimic the spirit of a dance class I missed the feedback, attention to detail and the lack of art. Alice graduated from Hampshire College with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Movement and is a 500 Hour Certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Teacher, a certified Alexander Technique teacher as well as an established E-RYT. She has taught yoga for 13 years and co-owned a Baptiste affiliate studio in Portland Maine with her husband for 8 years.
