23 Apr Props for renewed motivation
I teach BarSculpt® 6 days a week. I do BarSculpt® just as often. I love that it never gets old. I love that I never feel like I have mastered it, and most importantly, I love how I always want to do it again.... okay not ALWAYS, but mostly.
BarSculpt® makes me feel that my body is not only strong, but limber and absolutely capable of almost anything I ask of it. No I cannot do a full split 98% of the time. But the days I can, I am reminded that I can.
I say all this, because as I head into spring/summer and clients tend to want the quick fix or the magic potion, I find it necessary to remind everyone. That no, I do not do BarSculpt® perfectly every time (and I wrote the manual), some days it is more important just to show up. When you show up on days that are slightly off, when you show up when you are on you will gain renewed motivation and momentum.
If you are feeling as a teacher, or a client, that you are in need of something new. Try our BarSculpt® Props training. It is a PERFECT routine for home (no ballet barre is needed for this workout) and it will spice up a teachers options for classes with a barre.
